If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, we offer a customer-friendly return and refund solution for qualified orders.
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 calendar days starting from the day you receive your package.
To qualify for return, the product must remain unused, kept in its original factory packaging, and come with all original tags, accessories and labels intact.
Custom-made items and products labelled “non-returnable” cannot be returned, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing quality defects.
1. Reach out to our customer support team to submit your return application and share the reason for your return.
2. Once your application is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) together with designated return shipping instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back to the assigned address within 7 business days, and share your return tracking number with our support team.
4. Our team will conduct a full inspection of the returned goods upon arrival. If all return requirements are satisfied, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
Funds will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time of your refund depends on your payment provider and bank processing timeline, generally ranging from 3–15 business days.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is required due to verified product quality defects or errors made by our shipping department.
If returned items arrive damaged, incomplete, or fail to satisfy our return eligibility requirements, Seikinex reserves the right to decline the return request or deduct relevant charges based on the actual condition of the goods.
